HELP!!! Guppy has BLOOD seeping through her skin!!!!!

Umm ok sooo basically my poor guppy has something red (pretty sure it's blood) seeping through her skin...I don't know what's wrong with her. Does anyone know what this is all about?

Ok, I think she might have that, but I think she also has dropsy

 

This happened to my fish when I first started doing fish and it was a mix of ammonia and nitrite poisoning. Have you tested your levels?
