Help !!! Fungus Or ....????

    Help !!! What is this on the tail or my guppy? I don't think it is ich because it is relatively big and it doesn't look shiny or anything. Could this be fungus ???

    Water parameters are:
    Ammonia 0
    Nitrite 0
    Nitrate < 20
    Ph 7.5
    Temperature 76-77F
    TDS: 340
    GH: 4-5
    KH: 5

    I have this on my bettas tail and I did salt baths and it went away for a day and it just came back

    It might be tre beginning of ich. You should go ahead and treat the tank...especially with tose little tetras in there. API fin and body cure is a safe med that I would recommend.
