HELP: Fish is Belly-Up But Breathing !!

Hello, I have a 10 gallon tank with 4 Cory cats and 1 betta. (They stay out of each other's way and have never had problems with them living together). I got them about 2/3 months ago. Ever since I bought the cories, one has always seemed off. He was always distanced from the others.
Recently, this one has been staying still and is a very dark color compared to the others. (picture below from when I was cleaning my tank). Today, I came in and he is on the bottom belly-up, but still breathing! I have seen him wiggle once or twice.

What should I do? I assume he's not going to make it, should I let him suffer and then remove him when he dies?

P.s. All the other fish are normal. I tested my water, everything is normal and healthy..

idk what to do but if I saw this I would let him live. Sometime I just know when to cull them and when to save them.

It doesn't look good, I'm afraid. If he's belly up, I don't think there's much you can do but I don't think you should just let him suffer. If you feel he's not going to make it, I would use clove oil to euthanize him.

He also looks like he may be a different species than the others which may explain why he was never with the others. Could you get a side shot of him and the other 3? And can you also provide your water parameters?

Also, a 10 gallon is really too small for corys. They need a 20 gallon minimum and would be much happier in a group of at least 6+ of their own species. I would set up a separate tank for them if possible.

el337 is right that tank is too small for Cory cats. What exactly are your water parameters? Is your tank cycled? Are you using the API master test kit? Is he just belly up or is he swimming around funny?, because that could be a sign of severe swim bladder.

That's a water change container. He already said that

You have a ten gallon tank but take your fish out for water changes? That doesn't make sense.

Wouldn't removing fish for a water change like that cause them stress? Just curious.

That wasn't an ordinary water change, that was a complete tank rearrange... I got new gravel/plants
