Can you log out then back in at all?

I'd suggest e-mailing support at Fishlore.com
Use your user name in title that you can't log in.

Coradee had that issue as well

I'm on my phone. Computer says that. Earlier videos wouldn't work. I re started and cleared cache and now it won't let me log back in
