Yes, it’s a steal and a stocking disaster. Are you open to buying and then re homing fish?

I was planning on keeping the arowana, clown knife, Oscars, and bichir. And maybe rehoming the rest.

The arowana will outgrow the tank.

You could do a BP, Oscar, JD and maybe a Green terror. You have enough space for those fish.

The arrowana will get too large in a year.

I was planning on getting another tank in a couple months besides this one. maybe I'll put the arowana in it and rehome him when he outgrows the tank.

How big is the tank you’re getting?

Not sure maybe 100 gl or if I plan on keeping the arowana long term I might just get a big pool pond for him.

265 plus gallons is reccomended for a ful grown arowana. Do you want to keep anything with it?

Probably a catfish if I decide to keep it not a lot more, but ill most likely rehome it.

Any tips on transport for the fish? I was thinking about putting them in 10 or 5 gallon tubs.

put them in some 5-10gallon buckets. ( If possible gets some lids and poke some holes. How far is this travel?)
