Help! Bloated Betta

My mom has a betta that is severely bloated. This has been going on for a week, with no end in sight. She has tried fasting, epsom salt baths, and feeding him tiny amounts of a pea. Does anyone have any tips?

It could be dropsy, in which case, a broad spectrum antibiotic may or may not help.

I'll read up on that! She thinks he's constipated, but not for sure. Thanks!

If he really is bloated, then feeding a little daphnia might help.
