Somebody please help!

My Black Ram pair spawned and I don't know what to do! I think a lot of the eggs are becoming infertile. I don't know what to do!

There are only two options. You let them hatch it you don’t.

You can let the eggs hatch and have baby fish or take them out and not let them hatch

But what about how they're infertile, is there anything I can do?

If the eggs are infertile they won’t hatch and there nothing you can do about that. They will probably be eaten

If the eggs are infertile it may be from 2 things ;
1 . the fish are young and just need to keep practicing and mature .
2 . Your water is too hard for the eggs to become fertile ..
I measure my water hardness with a TDS pen .I have found no other way of having consistent results .

You could also remove the eggs and artificially hatch them yourself and avoid the possibility of the pair eating the eggs ..
