Help, Baby polar blue parrots!

I have a community tank with blood parrots a few sand sifters and some pictus catfish. My polar blue parrot and my platinum parrot currently have wriggles developing. I don’t have a second tank... what can I do to make sure I don’t lose them all. I’m almost certain my larger parrot fish will eat them once they start to venture out. I’ve never had fry before. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming that your parrots are similar to blood parrots. If that is the case males are often infertile and cannot successfully reproduce. The female will lay eggs, but they will probably get eaten.

They male that fertilized the eggs is part convict.

I think in order to keep breeding BP they often have females breed with other cichlids, so I think you will be fine. There is always the chance the fry or eggs will get eaten.

Let nature take its course and it will be fine no need to take care of the babies and they should “disappear” over a bit of time

Be a good idea to beef up the hardscape, creating hiding spots & shelter for the fry.
A few might survive if the can adequately conceal themselves.
