Help! Asap, Betta Fin

Hey everyone! So Ive had a male betta crowntail for a few months now and hes been doing great until recently =(...a about a week or 2 ago I did a 50% water change and also added a mystery snail at first he was a lil iffy about the snail but fine now...PROBLEM I noticed his tail has these lil white stuff on it, at first I thought it was nothing but now I notice it more on his fin, and his not showing his tail off and he looks like somethings wrong...I'm going out of town tomorrow =( what do I do or can I do?! Help please! What is it? I attached a photo

I posted few minutes ago, notbsure if I posted in the right section but my betta is sick I'm sure, something wrong with his back fins (tail) they have white stuff at the tips of them and I noticed it rhe other day, seems to be getting a lil worse and I'm gling out of town this weekend =(...hes not showing off his fins like he normally does but instead swimming in front of tank and just lile shows me like he wants my help amd idk what it is or what to do, help please ASAP ..attached photo so you can see it

No, not yet..didnt want to do anything and make it worse...only thing I was considering atm was doing a lil water change hoping maybe thatll help. ??

Yes I can. You should do a big water change and raise the temp to about 82°

 

His fin is defintely getting smaller, like the white fuzzy stuff is eating at his fins ...

 

Some sort of fungus try a fungus medicine.
