Help! Aquarium plants dying! How to fix?

I’ve been struggling to keep plants alive for a long time now. My tanks are 5 and 10 gallon. I use easy green fertilizer and nicrew lights. The lights are on for about 8-10 hours a day. What kind of deficiency are they showing? By that I mean specific and what do I need to buy/do to get them looking better?

What are your water parameters? I've read in a couple of places that Easy Green is formulated for soft low pH water, and the type of iron it contains can't be used by plants in high pH water, so an iron supplement is needed along with it.

Omg really! I’ve never heard this before! My ph is on the higher side at 7.5ppm. The ammonia is 0ppm, nitrite is 0ppm, and nitrates is 10ppm for both tanks.
