Heater recommendations to increase temp by a few degrees

Hi,
My 20G goldfish tank seems to be too cold (58-60F). Does anyone know of a heater I could use to change the temp to 63-70. Thanks!

Fluval heaters are really good and reliable.

Probably any heater that is adjustable then.
