hear some clicking but see nothing

well I was looking at my tank today and saw some hairy leg looking things. so I decided to shuffle around the sand to get a good picture. so if some one could please help me to identify this thing, and tell me if its good or bad.
also if its bad how to remove it

it came out from hiding a lil bit more and resembles a crab or something

This is hard...to lure it completely out, tie a piece of fish or shrimp on the end of a string, and put it in front of where the "crab" is supposedly hiding. Maybe take a really long string and tie the other end to something heavy on the other side of the glass (the dry side, lol). Wait for an hour or so and sneak up on the tank to see what you've got.

bristle worm some say there beneficial for stirring sand bed some say nuisance personally id get a wrasse or and get rid of it ...them there's never just one they can take over LR

that worm looks scary...lol like its gunna attach its face to you and never leave.... bahahahah I'm curious to know what that is also!
