Has my peacock cichlids got ick

Hi I’ve noticed these spots on my peacock … could anyone help me identify what it is ? Is it ick ? Sorry for the bad picture it’s best I could get

I struggled with the pic. Ick looks like grains of salt or sugar on the surface of scales and fins. If it is fluffy and cottony than it is a non-ick infection.

Sorry was bad pic I’m currently treating for flukes as I’ve noticed few fish flashing and shaking there head … but today I’ve noticed these 3 dots on this fish so I’m not so sure ! All the fins on all my fish look clean I’ve read that’s where white spot usually shows first ? I’ll try get better pic if I can Many thanks

You can add some easy life voogle to protect other fishes and infected ones

I’m having a hard time distinguishing them from fighting wounds. From that picture they look lumpy rather than grainy.

Would it be best to wait it out and see if any more spots appear ? I was thinking the same as you I’m currently treating for flukes as I’ve seen couple of my fish flashing and shaking there heads
