Has any one heard of "strawberry" barbs

    are they dyed? The guy at the store said they were not dyed but i can not find any info on them.

    I have not heard of them, but they sound a lot like cherry barbs. A photo description would help a lot.

    Did they look like albino tiger barbs, but pink-colored? If so, they're probably dyed.

    To me it just looks like a color variant. The eyes are red, so its not dipped, and to tattoo the whole fish red would take too long. Also, I've seen ones with black in them. So, I think its natural. Looks pretty neat :)

    They look like a pink strain of albino tiger barbs... they're pretty cute.

    It's a barb hybrid - probably a black ruby/rosy cross.
