Harlequin Rasbora Spot

    Currently treating my tank for columnaris.

    Couple days ago, noticed this strange glittery spot on the side of one of my harlequin rasboras. Sorry, quality of the picture is terrible, but you should still be able to see the spot. It obviously catches light very easily. What do you think it is, and what should I do about it?

    Second picture is one I got while trying to get a good shot, and I just felt like sharing it.

    Could it just be a scale that's been knocked askew?

    Could be. I actually wondered about that, but don't know what could have done it. Could that be considered an injury? My worst fear was it's ick. Then I'd have to treat for that after my current treatment. I've never heard of ick being shiny though.

    Any other opinions? I'm okay with it being a loose scale as long as it won't hurt the fish.
