Harlequin rasbora death?

    I have a 55 gallon with
    15 neon tetras
    Was 7 harlequin rasboras
    6 red eye tetras
    6 cory cats
And a dozen ghost shrimp and a snail

It's been set up for 3 months and the only death was a neon the day after bringing it home (it was not healthy from the start)

I noticed 2 hours ago that a rasbora was pale, missing scales, bloated, acting strange and not eating. I did a 25% water change and waited an hour with no improvement. I used a plastic fish safe container to scoop it out rather than a net and kept the tank water in it and within minutes went belly up, then sunk to the bottom and died. Does this look like an injury? It happened so fast, they were fine earlier![IMG]
