Yes I'm planning to add more plants (java fern and amazon sword)

Zipper loaches prefer to be in groups and the dojo loach when fully grown may eat your smaller fish. The dwarf and pearl gouramis together might be a gamble but it depends on their temperaments. Dojo loaches also prefer cooler temperatures than the other fish. You could probably up the tetras' schools if you wanted btw.

Zipper loaches are semi-aggressive from my experience (wants to be alone even though it made friends with my dojo lol), and my tetras move at the speed of sound light, so the dojo will never get them. Also, I think the dojo is scared of the tetras lol so timid

Also, the dwarf and the pearls are nice and peaceful to eachother

The zipper and pearls were in one of the most renowned fish stores in Houston, and they were in a tank with pearls, and the zipper is currently quite happy

Since you asked, I'd add at least 12 more of the glowlight tetras, and probably more.

My tank is fully stocked with 60 inches of fish

I'm not making it 84

No matter what anyone says about the 1 inch of fish per gallon.
Id add 3, maybe 4

I wouldn't add a different species.

1 inch per gallon is outdated and really doesn't work for stocking. You could definitely add at least 4 more tetras per school

I keep dwarf gouramis with pearl gouramis in my 60 and they get along perfectly fine!

Also as long as you keep up with gravel vacuuming and water changes, a little bit of overstocking is fine in my opinion. All my tanks are a bit overstocked, I do 2 separate 25% water changes a week and my nitrates never get above 10 or 20.
