I've recently found out that if I take a small cube of Tubifex, pinch it in between my index finger and thumb while submerging it in the water and I keep my hand still enough, my fish will actually swim up and take bites out of it! :D
It's amazing, as you can feel the fish taking bites of it, and they occasionally nibble on your hands as well! :;laughing
One fish even started brushing up against my arm and started nibbling on the hairs of my arm!
I just thought I'd share this with you, I simply find it hilarious. :;hi1

Nice bet it tickled! I've played Tug-o-war with my gourami over a bloodworm with my tongs. Never get between a Gourami and it's dinner!

    It did indeed tickle! :D

Be careful feeding tubifex. They can carry dangerous parasites that infect your fish's brain. Not sure if they would still be a danger in frozens or not.

It's a lot of fun feeding from your hand, huh? :)

The cubes I feed them are freeze-dried, I'm not worried about parasites at all.
