So I just got some guppies yesterday, 4 females and 2 male endlers. I did a drip acclimation for about an hour and a half yesterday. Tank is fully cycled; took almost a month.

Fish were fine but this one female has long stringy white poo. I was going to pick up some general cure, what do you all think?

I think it is a good idea! Try to mix it in the food...

Just to be safe I picked up some erythromycin. Will be using it a day after the general cure is done so as not to stress the fish.

General Cure has that right? So hopefully the other fish will be okay after a round.

Api general cure is predominantly made of metronidazole, yes.
