I have White tuxedos, all males in my tank. So my question is, if i add a pair of blue topaz guppy, will the tuxedo males chase/stress the blue topaz female??

lol they are worse than humans. Humans take breaks. Male guppies never stop, and rarely take "no" for an answer! You should keep the ratio skewed in favor of the females, regardless of the strain. The males will absolutely exhaust them.

If/when you put females in with males, it should be at a ration of a MINIMUM of 2-1. So if you have 8 males, youd want to add 16 females at least.
