Help Guppy just randomly dies???

I got some guppies for my ten gallon tank around the beginning of June. Almost immediately two of them died, which I'm pretty sure was due to sickness when I got them. However the others have been acting perfectly healthy... Until today. I feed them around 10am and everyone was fine. Then I was looking at them 4ish hours later and one of them was laying at the bottom of the tank! I have absolutely no idea what could have happened to him! The perimeters are great, he looked/acted heathly, and there were no signs of anything being wrong. I filled out the emergency sheet below:

What is the water volume of the tank? 10 gallons
How long has the tank been running? 4 months (1 month of cycling)
Does it have a filter? Yes
Does it have a heater? Yes
What is the water temperature?. It stays around 79-80 degrees
What is the entire stocking of this tank? (Please list all fish and inverts.) 5, now 4 guppies + 3 snails.

How often do you change the water? Weekly
How much of the water do you change? 20% every Friday and 40% every first Friday of the month
What do you use to treat your water? Aqueon water conditioner
Do you vacuum the substrate or just the water? Both

*Parameters - Very Important
Did you cycle your tank before adding fish? Yes
What do you use to test the water? API master test kit
What are your parameters? We need to know the exact numbers, not just “fine” or “safe”.

Ammonia: 0ppm (has never been above that)
Nitrite: 0ppm (has not spiked within 2 1/2 months)
Nitrate: 10ppm (their weekly water change was tomorrow)
pH: 7.6

How often do you feed your fish? A pinch in the morning and a pinch at night
How much do you feed your fish? They eat it all within 2-3 minutes
What brand of food do you feed your fish? Tetra
Do you feed frozen or freeze-dried foods? No

Illness & Symptoms
How long have you had this fish? 3 months
How long ago did you first notice these symptoms? I didn't notice any symptoms
In a few words, can you explain the symptoms? He's dead?
Have you started any treatment for the illness? No
Was your fish physically ill or injured upon purchase? No
How has its behavior and appearance changed, if at all? Not before death, no.

Pictures or symptoms would really help. Do they have torn ragged fins? Clamping or shimmying? Stringy white poo?

Sorry, I just saw this! I forgot to check it after a couple hour. Yeah, don't have any pictures. No, his fins didn't have any cuts. No, to clamping I was checking for that. I've not heard of shimmying tho. No, poo looked normal as far as I could tell. He looked/acted completely healthy then he was dead. Thus far all the other 4 fish are still acting normal.
