Just wondering what filter would be best to use with guppy fry. I’m so scared they will be sucked up or get in the filter.

Or a prefilter, as stated above.But if you're using a mechanical filter, use a piece of a pantyhose to avoid the problem you've mentioned.
Yeah I didnt do my research before I bought the pre-filtrr spongesI do the pantyhose trick, since I use internal filters on a lot of my tanks. Works amazing and doesn't hamper the water flow.
Sarah73 - you need to check the how porous the pre filter is in relation to the size of your filter, on anything less then a 125 it can be tricky and really you want very loose pre filtration, just enough to catch things like fry and leaves, and big detritus, where as on larger filters and canisters you can go with finer, foams.
That said a sponge filter is literally the BEST choice for fry.
