There is what I would describe as a sore like growth on the tail of one of my harlequin raspboras. Her tail is bent at the area and appears to be swollen? I've tried to take pictures the best I could.

Water change 42% once a week.
    Ammonia 0
    Nitrite 0
    Nitrate 10
    Temp 76

Tank has been set up for about three years.

Spread to another Rasbora. Decided to start dosing with Paraguard since that is what I had available.
