i currently have a few aqua plants growing in their own containers under water with no airflow or water movement, just little clear tubs, along with parts of a Marimo ball(algae)
was wondering if having the two in the same container with sprouts growing
will they help each other out in a way, with out my input for long term?
    so far everything seems okay
how could i speed up the growth naturally?
    maybe a coffee grain?
    few grains of sugar?
i did add some fish water

An airstone for circulation will help evenly distribute nutrients as well as aid in gas exchange so the water is not depleted of CO2/O2. I would also look into dosing comprehensive fertilizers.

Not sure how coffee grains and sugar will help...

Meant to ask, what sort of lighting are they getting?

they are getting a mild light, sun rise and set are direct sunlight, the plants sit in the middle of a room
