Gross Worms On Glass

In my 30 gallon tank with 1 red bellied phirana there are little worm things laying on the front glass, I shined a flashlight on them to see if the moved and they swam away.

They looked like really small tadpoles. They were a dull light white color.

I feed my phirana 5 tetra chichild pellets a day and 1 raw chicken heart a week.

How do I get rid of these nasty parisites?

I have small rock pebbles and a filter for a 50 gallon.

I think they are flat worms from what I saw on the internet but how do I treat them??

Thanks in advance.

Do you have a picture you could post? That would be super helpful. I know they are really difficult to photograph but there are a lot of nasty worms that like aquariums! Sometimes it’s even insect larvae!

I'm pretty sure, the ones swimming around are really small. After reading about planaria I am almost positive it's that.

Would you know how to treat it?
