which marinade did you go with?
Barbecue sauce with some honey since my daughter likes things sweet. Nothing fancy at all, but I'll be doing it again and using some of these marinades that have been posted.

You can take that dry Italian seasoning and mix it with a tablespoon olive oil, fresh minced garlic, minced onion, any any of your spices you may have on hand. Another marinade/glaze I've used is a mix of soy sauce, olive or peanut oil, minced garlic, honey or brown sugar, spices to suit your tastes (fresh is much tastier than the dry stuff -- I've even minced peppers for some heat) and enough ketchup to thicken slightly. As you BBQ the meat, reapply often to make a thick glaze. This works great with a rack of ribs.
