Hi everyone! I recently got my 3rd large tank. I have had a couple Severums and a GT in it for a couple weeks now, everyone is doing great. I am planning to keep everything in the tank, and not have to sell the GT. I know that sometimes they can get aggressive. Can I hear of any success stories from others with a GT and Severums? I am unaware the genders of any of them, but it is only one GT, so there shouldn’t be any spawning…

I am also looking to put my dwarf cichlid into the tank as well (3 inches) does anyone think that it’ll be fine even when the GT is an adult that it wouldn’t bother the small dwarf cichlid? There is spots that only it can hide in.

As long as you have an XL tank keeping one male GT with a couple of Severums should work out. I've grown out several GT's. My best male topped out at 9.5 inches. Not a good idea keeping Dwarf Cichlids with a full grown male GT.
