So I have GSA small small amount on glass and that is not a ptoblem but it started to go on my alternanthera reineckiI minI and pink. How to combat that? I dose jbl NPK mix every other day 1.5ml and micro nutrients mix also on days when I doesn't dose NPK. Once a week I dose small amount of iron depending on plant looks.
7 hour of light daily, and light o set on medium (I am afraid to turn it on higher level beacuose I could cause algae bloom)
Plus good water circulation.
Any suggestions?

Short-term easy solution: Spot treat the GSA with Excel. Turn filter off, use a syringe to draw up the recommended dose for your tank's volume, dose a little bit per algae, leave the filter off for 15 minutes then turn it back on.

Long-term harder solution: If it's only the smallest bit of GSA and it doesn't get worse, you can probably skip the following. If you aren't injecting CO2, I suspect that might be an initial cause of it. Otherwise some particular nutrient deficiency. What's your tank volume?

If you're dosing 1.5 ml of the JBL NPK mix 4 times a week, your macros would be around: 3.60 ppm nitrate, 0.145 ppm phosphate, 2.16 ppm potassium.

Depending on how much liquid carbon you're dosing (and how much that equates to CO2 ppm), these are all pretty low. As a point of comparison, for high light/30 ppm CO2 you're looking at 5-30 ppm nitrate, 1-2 ppm phosphate and 10-30 ppm potassium.

Wow I didn't know that maybe I should double my dose of NPK to 3ml for start? My Nitrate levels all always around 18-20max.
