Green grapes? 20 Gallon Tank

    I have a cluster of dark green grape like bubbles growing just off my cactus pavona. Any idea on what it is? Will try and get a pic in the next day or two. It's a cluster of about 10-15 of these really nice emerald green grapes?

    It'll be hard to determine what they are without a photo. Keep us posted.

    hmmm very odd. I've never heard of anything that you are describing. The photos will help. Are they also the size of grapes? Hopefully one of our salt members will be able to figure it out.

    Yep, sounds like bubble algae to me too. Unfortunately, I have some in my 50 gallon. The emerald crab we got didn't seem to touch the stuff, but was otherwise cool to watch, lol.

    if its bubble aldea dont pop it because it will spread and can become a nusance
