I've had my Mbuna cichlid tank up and running for about a month now. Took me about 6 weeks to get through fishless cycle and its been well worth it. Just had a question on Algae. My rocks are starting to grow algae on them. The Mbuna love this. They are always feeding on it. The algae hasnt started to turn water green or anything. I just wanted to make sure this green algae growing on the rocks is ok? Looks very natural to me and the fish love it.

No worries, green algae on rocks indicate a healthy tank. The rocks in my African Cichlid tank are covered in green algae. The Aceis continuously graze on it.
