Grading Cherry Shrimp

I was looking up the difference between standard Red Cherry Shrimp and Fire Red Shrimp when I stumbled upon this:

I it a great article on how to grade RCS for their red color intensity. Thought others with RCS would also be interested.

Glad everyone is finding it as interesting as I did! Those Fire Red Shrimp look like lobsters to me!

Looks like the majority of mine would be Sakura grade. A few would fall under High Sakura grade and a couple could qualify for Taiwan Fire Reds because they're really dark red.

The one I had that would be a Taiwan Fire Red died

Most of mine fall into the Sakura grade as well. And I have a few that would be Cherry grade.

Noticed today I have 3 females with eggs, one the eggs are turning green. So will have quite the population explosion very soon!
