In my tank my 2 year old honey gourami I noticed he become very bloated one day so I move him to a breeder box and his been in there a couple days and I haven't feed him any food since then. The bloat has seem to not go down or become bigger. I was wondering if anyone would have advice to help him out? I've attached a photo of him below.

Try feeding some frozen daphnia. Can work as a laxative, may help if fish is constipated. Guessing that is the issue, i don't see pineconing with the bloat, so don't think it is dropsy.

Epsom Salt (plain) will also work as a laxative.

Is the fish eating ?

If the fish is not eating, look into treating him with General Cure

I’ll try some frozen daphnia. I am not sure if he’s been eating as I’ve been not feeding him because I have a werid feeling he ate some shrimp in the tank which led to him becoming over feed.

i will not feed the fish for a day or 2. Hope the fish just over ate and not sick. I have African Cichlids, some of them are greedy eaters. When this happens, fish will not eat anyways.
