Gourami Gender

    Because Of the rounded tip on the dorsal fin.......female.

    I would say female as well.

    Thank you all :) will introducing female with existing male hurt her. Tank size is 20gall with plastic plants and ornaments to hide. Existing male is much bigger than her around 3.5 inch and female in above photo is around 2 inch. Pls advice

    And the male is platinum variant, female is blue

    To be honest a 20G in my opinion is too small for this species.

    This would be temporary setup will move them to 55g by June

    At 2 inches I'd call it a juvenile, sex as yet undetermined. If the other is nearly twice its size, might be risky to put them together.
