Gourami constipated from bloodworms

My gourami ate half a cube roughly of bloodworms last night before I got a chance to clean it up and today she is having trouble pooping!! She was healthy and pooping well the day before that. The poo is thick and clear but brown in many parts.
I’m going to fast her for a couple days, just wondering if this will work??

Certainly may. May just need some time to work it through the system. If still constipated after 2-3 days, i would try some frozen daphnia, as that often tends to work as a laxative.
