Good Staple Food For Cichlids

well currently I'm feeding cichlid gold, carnivore pellets, apI floating cichlid pellets, and omega one protein flakes. Currently I'm looking for a staple diet with spirulina anyone have any ideas I have jack Dempsey 5in severum 4 1/2 convict 4 any ideas

 

Grow your own fresh spirulina, it's cheap and the best addition to their diet. You can purchase it as well but I prefer to grow my own since I use so much.


I feed a diet consisting of various foods IMO fresh spirulina is the best and most important part.
