How big of a space do you have for the skimmer in your sump?

My 125 runs an ASM 400x and my 120 runs a EuroReef RS-135

I haven't gotten a sump yet but I think I want it to be an in-sump skimmer. How big of a sump do you suggest?

What is the dimensions of your tank? I would suggest the biggest possible. My 125 is not the 6' dimensions, but its the 5'. I use a 40 breeder for my 125, but its width could be a little probelm for the 6' version I think.

My tank is 72" long and 18" wide. I might be going to the store today to get equipment since I only have the tank that is reef ready for now. I'm starting from the very beginning on this one.

What about the stand? Can it fit an 18" wide tank?

Oh, yes I can. I just bought my sump and I'm trying to set everything up now. It doesn't come with instructions so I'm trying to remember everything the sales person from the LFS told me but it was so long that I can just remember the first few parts.
