GOOD INFORMATION SOURCE WITH MEDICATION RECOMMENDATIONS

This is posted on the Betta Board but wanted it here too so please check this out. It is good for any condition that fish could come up with even though I concentrated on dropsy and fin problems as this is what we are having right now. Just click on the area that fits the problems you are having and they will give you a possible diagnosis and possible treatment.

Do keep in mind that you do not have to purchase their form of the medication but it does give you an idea where to start.
