I have an Aquatech 30-60 , it filters 300 gph. I'm wondering if this is good enough?

300 gph is enough filtration.
I don't know much about the brand, so not sure about quality of the filter.

It depends on what the stock is.

What is the stock?

I have the Aqua Tech 20-40 and I like it. My water is always clean and crystal clear. I was thinking of getting the 30-60 for my new 29 gallon tank.

That's a lot of fish for a 29 gallon.

I wouldn't worry about how much filtration you have at the moment. You need to worry about your stock. Did you research the fish you have before you got them? Silver Dollars need at least a 55 gallon long or bigger is better. They grow to at least 6" and are just about as tall as they are long. Your 29 gallon tall is overstocked. IMO
