Good easy plants for 10g

Trying to find easy plants to grow in my 10g. will not be adding any fertilizer, no special lighting

I just ordered 3 java ferns. Really don't want any plants that are gonna take up the whole tank

Anubias. Slow growing and can be planted in substrate.

Is that how you spell it? Or anubias?

No, anubias can't be planted in substrate, it needs its rhizome in the water column. The roots below the rhizome can bury into the substrate but the rhizome at the very least should stay above.

Nice looking floating plant, takes up nutrients well, hardy/easy to care for, and pretty affordable. In slightly larger amounts it'll provide a bit of shade or hiding spots for the fish as well.
