Goldiemom Needs Help!

Got 2 guppies yesterday which were shipped to me. Today, one has been laying at the bottom of tank and gasping. Ammonia .25, nitrites 0, nitrates 10 or 20. Dosed with Prime. They are in 5G plastic QT tank. Did 2 25% water changes today, added aquarium salt, Stress Coat. Later treated with Tetra Lifeguard. Fish looks bloated so in Epsom salt bath now. Noticed a red place on top behind head and one other red spot. Advice???

No he looks fine other than breathing heavy and red spots. He’s a lot wider than the other one or any of my older ones. I thought he may be bloated.

Yeah, I’ve emailed her and started a new conversation. Hopefully, she’ll be on later. Talked to her earlier today several times. She’ll have some answers. Thanks though.
