40 Gallon Tank Goldfish with eggs

Hi all,
My (male?) oranda goldfish is chasing my female ranchu around, but he can't keep up with her because of a fin deformity and when he does catch her there is no attacking or biting. I noticed a kind of weird thing on her anus area and picked her up out of the water, and when I did I noticed weird orange things on my hands. At first I thought it was scales but then I realized that they were eggs. When I put her back into the water she released maybe 20 eggs into the water. So, what now? My goldies are swimming around eating the eggs right now (is that okay?). I don't know if my male oranda is old enough to fertilize the eggs. I don't have space for baby goldfish right now, and I know that if I had any babies I would want to keep at least one. Help please!

If you don't have the space to grow them out it's probably most humane to just let them eat the eggs

And my ranchu and oranda won't be hurt by the mating/spawning process? I'm mostly worried about them.

You said the male is smaller than the female right? Shouldn't have anything to worry about if that's the case.

Mating does dirty the water, so it'd be healthy to do a few extra water changes.
