There seems to be a sort of red cut where his nasal flaps are, when i tried to pick him up to get a closer look, some sort of white liquid started flowing from the cut, he still eats fine and acts normal. Any help is greatly appreciated

Fishproblem

It probably cut itself on decor in your tank. I imagine that the fluid is leaking from the sacs around its eyes. Keep the water clean and it should resolve itself.

Also, you may want to quarantine and use some salt or do hydrogen peroxide swipes to prevent infection. Just make sure the water is clean and no picking is happening from tankmates!
