Goldfish Lump/tumour

Hi, I have four goldfishes almost 5-6 year old in the pond, one of them formed some sort of white lump/ a tumour on his top side near his fin. it is going on last one year & now its getting bigger, also noticed that other fishes have started the same lump on their bodies.
one fish also showing tumour type thing at bottom fin, around size of corn seed since 6-8 months.
surgery can't be an option for all of them because too expensive.
anyone can please suggest how I can treat them or stop for further growth?

Going to need to visually see what you're talking about first. Can't do anything without knowing what the issue is. Pull a fish and take a photo. If they are tumors, you'll have to leave them alone unless they get big enough to hinder the fish. I have removed tumors from fish before on a few occasions. It is inexpensive and I can walk you through it if you need me to. But we really need photos first.

Those look like bacterial cysts to me, not tumors. You need to check water quality. Do you have an API Master Test kit?

 

No I don't have API master kit but I will buy & check my water quality. But most probably if its bacterial thing then after water test what should I do? how I can treat them? do you suggest I should change whole pond water?

 

you'll probably need to change some of the pond water, vacuum some of the muck from the bottom of the pond, and do a cleaning of the filtration system(don't use tap water).
