Goldfish bloated but acting normal

Hey, my comet goldfish got really bloated a couple weeks ago but hasn’t acted any differently. It still eats normal and zooms around the tank.
it also has some tumors which have gotten a little worse and even black while this bloating has happened.
at first I thought it was dropsy but it’s been a few weeks and nothing has happened.

I’m not sure what to do if I should just leave him be or it’s making the fish suffer.
I’ll attach pictures soon but I’m wondering if anyone knows about just casual bloat in goldfish and why it’s happening.
I have two other fish in the tank who are fine.

What's in their diet? Goldfish especially need lots of plant matter like fresh veggies, bloat can be caused by excessive protein and starch.

Pictures would help a lot here so that'll be good to see.

I have these two photos, i feed then omega one goldfish sinking pellets
I’m not sure if I should just put him down since it’s not getting any better, he does seems to be darting around a bit too.

oh wow, not sure what it is but does not look good. he may or may not be suffering. he may or may not be contagious. i'd euthanize him. then do a water change.

I think I’m going to feed him some peas and clean the tank, if nothing happens or gets better I’m going to put him down.
