20 Gallon Tank Golden Topminnow Tank Mates?

What are some tank mates you have kept Fundulus Chrysotus with, if you have ever kept them? In a previous post I mentioned that they possibly ate half of my glowlight danios, so I have moved them into a different tank, but I need to fill it up with something besides 3 topminnows. I am actually not positive that they ate my other fish. The other possibility is that the netting on my siphon slid off during a water change and they were sucked out into the yard unnoticed. However, when I hooked the hose back up there were no fish carcasses I noticed. I am tired of a boring tank with 3 fish, but I don't want an all they can eat buffet, either.

I have not kept them but I may be able to help. What are you into?

 

Lots of things! However, they got downsized to a 20 gallon so space is at a premium.

I don't know what happened, but my reply above was supposed to quote this message. Anyway, I'm interested in any suggestions. I like all different kinds of fish, but like I said, it's only 20 gallons, so space is limited.
