Golden ballon ram keeps bullying fish in my community tank

I recently purchased a golden ballon ram from my LFS and I thought it would be a great addition to my 10 gallon tank. I’ve had a German Blue Ram in the past and it was really peaceful with my other fish in the community tank. However this Golden ballon ram is chasing and terrorising my other fish in the tank. I’ve only got 4 neon tetras, 1 female congo tetra fully grown and 1 panda Cory cat. I’ve got a couple rocks and wood in the tank as a place of shelter for my ram but he keeps attacking all the other fish!! Anyone know why this might be happening? Sidenote the Ram is pretty young and I haven’t been able to sex it yet.

Cichlids can be territorial, seems fairly normal. If you are really lucky, it'll only defend a territory thats 12"x12". If you are unlucky, it'll claim the whole tank.

It tends to roam around and chase/bully the other fish rather than chill out in its cave. Can you tell what sex it is? I’m guessing it’s a male as it’s showing male behaviour traits but I’m unsure.

Rams aren't really cave fish, so thats not shocking. Judging from the length of the analfin, I'd be pacing my wagers on M.

Any suggestions on what I can do to try and stop him from bullying the rest of my fish?

More structure. Maybe tall plants in the middle of the tank, bigger pieces of wood. Need to do something to convince him to maintain a smaller territory. out of sight, out of mind kinda deal IMO
