Should I remove this fish? Seems very aggressive and bothering others? Or will it take time to get over the territorial thing?

I'm going to guess you are talking about the golden color form of the chinese algae eater. They aren't nice fish, once they get a little bigger they start getting mean and trying to latch onto other fish. They become more carnivorous rather than peaceful herbivores as their name would suggest.

I'd remove and possibly rehome it, they can get pretty big (5in+) and will almost always act aggressive with other fish. I'd only trust them with nano species as they don't seem to bother them as much, larger fish like angels, goldfish and gourami are more like to be attacked.
