Could you please provide us with some other information as well as a picture of the tank?

What is the temperature of the tank?

What is the stocking?

What is the size of the tank?

What do you feed them and how long have you had them?

Glass surfing isn't necessarily a sign of illness; sometimes fish will do it when bored or stressed. Your molly also appears to be clamping it's fins; which can be another indicator of stress.

By stocking do you mean what i have? if so
x3 Ghost Shrimp
x1 Cherry Shrimp
x7 Tetras
x1 Pleco (Literally Just found him dead got stuck above the water line somehow)
x! African Dwarf frog
x2 Some sort of gold dust (sharp edge caudal fin)

29 Gallons
Aqueon Tropical Flakes
Fluval Bug Bites Color enhancing formula

Tried using the bug bites to help with his color as it seemed to be dulling
As for how long ive had that fish roughly a they were born in this tank as well

UPDATE
he still hasn't gotten better so i decided to put him in the quarantine tank and hes alot happier now i guess that just might be his home

The tank is a little bare (but pretty!) so it’s possible the glass surfing was due to bordom, though I typically see this talked about with betas, not so much other fish.

In the first post you mentioned something about spots on his forehead; what were you refering to?

white spots/white scales if you look on the 3rd photo you can kind of see it its just a very light gold/yellow

To me it looks more like natural coloration. Are they fuzzy or raised at all? Was the fish clamping fins and resting on the bottom before you treated it?

They were raised maybe a little bit, they just kept rubbing his "forehead" on a leaf along with rubbing their body on the sand in the main tank quarantine him was doing better but him back in the main tank and then wrote this forum
