Going on holiday - what to do with plants?

HI Everyone,
It's a dumb question I know, but I'm planning to go on holiday for 2 weeks and nobody will be able to turn off or turn on the lights in my tank.

No, nobody we'll be allowed to enter my apartment during the time.
My plants are some Java Fern and Anubias Nana, any suggestions so that can solve this matter?

You can buy a timer that will turn it off and on for you all by itself
for example

Hey Ed, do they get any natural light from windows? If so, they should be okay. Anubis and Java Fern are low light.

Cheap solution...

Lots of people use two of these when using CO2. Honestly, I keep saying I will be doing so but just have not yet.

You can buy a timer outlet from ANY local hardware store for $10 bucks. Cheap & easy solution.

I found mine at the dollar store but have seen them at hardware stores, drug stores, etc. Are there places like that where you live to look for it? I just got simple lamp timers.

So they don't have hardware stores in Indonesia? Forgive my ignorance, I've never been there.

Surely you have electrical stores, or even grocery stores in Jakarta? Here they have timers in the aisle next to the paper towels. They're something like $5.

I'm pretty sure that my local fish market has a timer or two, however I'll just ask my maintenance guy for my tank (ACE hardware guy) to help me find one

It's not ignorant at all. I've been very surprised how difficult it is for some of our members in other countries to get things, especially medicine for the fish. Jakarta is a huge capital and I'm sure a timer can be found if you know where to look. I was hoping that a couple other members from Jakarta would see this and be able to help.

Trust me, even though Jakarta is a big city you won't find a certain thing in most places, you'll have to go to one part of the city to another just to find a good steakhouse.
