Gluing Heater suction cups to glass

Hey all, my Eheim heater suction cups have failed. Anyone ever glue them to the glass? This in my sump so I don’t care about looks.

I don't see why not. Or you could probably silicone them just the same. Or prop them up at a slight angle and just let them hang at the bottom of the sump.

I think silicone is what I will use.

They make magnetic ones too.... just a thought. I recently bought a set, and so far so good!

I ended up putting a little dab of silicone on each suction cup and it is working great! For a sump this is a great option to keep heaters in place.
